Airline Travel To & Within the US is fairly easy and straight forward for non immigrant aliens if you just follow a few simple rules / steps.
Valid Visa for Non Participating Countries in the US Visa Waiver Program.

The following should be included:
First Name and Family Name as shown on your passport along with your country of citizenship and passport number.
This Invitation must be submitted along with the ATF 6NIA form.
See: "ATF 6NIA Form"
Firearms must be unloaded and in a hard sided lockable case.
Up to 5 Kg or11 Lb of ammunition packed separately. (Aprox. one brick of Eley)
The rifles & ammo will probably be physically inspected when you check your luggage.
Be sure to check and see if your airline has any additional requirements.

Personalized Invitation:
An Invitation to from the sponsoring organization with the date, location and a brief description of the event. This can be to an individual or a team but needs to have the details for each individual.The following should be included:
First Name and Family Name as shown on your passport along with your country of citizenship and passport number.
This Invitation must be submitted along with the ATF 6NIA form.
Approved ATF 6NIA form:
Approval takes anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. For the 2011 WRABF World Championship do not submit before September 2010!See: "ATF 6NIA Form"
Rifles & Ammo:
